TAKE A LOOK IN THE MIRROR
Look at your back in the mirror. If your shoulder blades protrude, you might have a shortened (tight) Pectoralis Minor, and a weak Serratus Anterior muscle.
SIT WITH YOUR BACK AGAINST A CHAIR
