Getting Fit is a historic weight loss film shot in 1929. The film features women performing outdoor bodyweight exercise routines at the beach, wearing swim suits and black stockings. Portions of the film were shot on roof tops where women are wearing streetwear including hats. Most of them are smiling and having fun while working out.

Before DVDs this is how people exercised at home. The recording uses marches and waltzes to get you moving. A booklet was sold along with a set of five recordings.
