Papaya Mango Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup fresh papaya
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango
  • 1 cup chilled soymilk or your favorite milk
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • Milk substitute: for a thicker drink, use chilled yogurt.
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Put all ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy.  
  • Serve in a tall glass.
