♦ Hire a personal trainer to give you a solid foundation, and to help you with your fitness goals.

♦ Manage your time.  Set a goal of 15 or 20 minutes daily.  Once you’ve established your routine, add more time, and then another day.  

♦ Take your time getting used to a fitness routine.  The most important thing is consistency.  Stay on track, and you’ll begin to see results.  One of the early results, is that you’ll feel better and have more energy.
