Guidelines After You Hire Your Trainer
- Does the trainer demonstrate and describe your exercises?
- Do you feel overworked, and concerned you may get injured?
- Do you give your trainer truthful feedback about your sessions?
- Does the trainer know how to modify your exercises?
- Does the trainer give you exercises that you feel are not safe for you?
- Does your trainer conduct himself/herself in a professional manner?
- Is your trainer always late for appointments?
- Does your trainer understand your limits?
- Are you honest with your trainer about your health status, and limitations?
- Do you follow your trainer’s advice when working on your own?
Fitness is alot like photography. Anyone can take pictures, and think they’re a photographer. Anyone can walk into a gym, work out on their own, and assume they don’t need professional advice.
