Pecan Granola Bars

Quick Recipe: 7 Ingredients – No Baking
INGREDIENTS
Cooking Tools: 9 Inch Pan
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup pecan pieces
- 3 cups granola
- 6 ounces carob chips
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt carob chips.
- Stir in peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Combine well.
- Mix in coconut and pecans.
- Add granola to mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Press mixture into 9 inch baking pan.
- Refrigerate
- Remove from refrigerator when solid and cut into bars.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Step onto mat. Place hands shoulder width, and feet hip width.
- Lift tailbone and place your body in an inverted V pike position.
- Knees straight but not locked.
- Head positioned between arms.
- Bend elbows and slowly lower until forehead touches mat.
- Slowly push up to starting pike position.
- Maintain spinal stability and control throughout exercise.
- Keep your breath steady and avoid straining.
ERRORS: Lifting shoulders toward ears. Looking up. Straining.
MODIFICATIONS: If you begin to lose control of the exercise, move only part of the way down.
