Sign-Up Form Online Personal Training

Newcomers are required to fill and send this form before scheduling an online personal training session. This helps me to understand your fitness level and any health considerations, so each session can be tailored to your goals. After signing up, you’ll receive a password to the Payment page, so that you can make a secure PayPal payment.

This form uses secure encryption to protect your privacy. Your information remains confidential, and is used only to respond to your inquiry.

How and When To Pay For Your Online Training Session

Newcomers are required to fill out and send the Personal Training Sign-Up form at the top of this page. After signing up, you’ll receive a password to the Payment page, where you can make secure PayPal payments.

  • Online personal training is paid through PayPal. They accept debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, as well as digital wallets.
  • Once payment is made, you are registered to take your training session.
  • Irene Pastore Fitness.com will send you a confirmation email that payment was received.
  • Your Microsoft Teams link will be emailed to you upon payment.
