About Yoga & Pilates Classes For Active Adults 55+
My online classes are designed to replicate the experience of a live studio class. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 10 participants, allowing me to observe each student, offer modifications and variations, and ensure everyone is practicing safely and effectively. You will receive personalized guidance, clear instruction, and a high-quality learning experience every time. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
PILATES CLASS DESCRIPTION: This online class blends classic Pilates exercises along with fitness-based core strengthening movement. The class is designed for active adults 55+ who want joint-friendly movement with plenty of challenge to build real strength and stability. Modifications and variations are taught to suit varying ability levels. Focus on strengthening the core muscles that support posture, balance, and a healthy spine. HATHA YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTION: This online, slow-moving Hatha Yoga class helps to build strength, flexibility, and balance so you can move with confidence in daily life. Each session includes a Sun Salutation sequence followed by standing, seated, supine, and side-lying poses, along with fitness-based targeted abdominal strengthening. Modifications and variations are taught, to keep the work accessible, and effective.
