PILATES CLASS DESCRIPTION: This online class blends classic Pilates exercises along with fitness-based core strengthening movement. The class is designed for active adults 55+ who want joint-friendly movement with plenty of challenge to build real strength and stability. Modifications and variations are taught to suit varying ability levels. Focus on strengthening the core muscles that support posture, balance, and a healthy spine.
